The site is located in a rapidly developing area of Lucknow — Eldeco City, IIM Road, Lucknow. This project was designed as a villa for a small family of five. With the diverse needs of each family member, the design seamlessly caters to everyone. A cozy balcony has been planned. There is also a pergola seating area on the terrace. This takes advantage of the park-facing plot.
Design Concept : The elevation design emphasizes minimalism and warmth. It combines natural textures like wood with neutral colors for a striking yet timeless look. The cantilevered balcony serves as a semi-open leisure area, improving both style and purpose.
